Q
Can CBD support a more regular sleep cycle?
A
Here are some questions with similar answers:
Does water hydrate you? Does coffee give you energy? Did Kanye stop TSwift because Beyonce had the greatest video of all time? Is Taco Bell the pinnacle of late-night eats?
For those who haven’t caught on (or who do not appreciate true quality in their midnight cuisines) the short answer is simple: Yes.
Science? Not fun and quite difficult to understand but the results…oh baby, the results. I have spent the better part of my 25 laps around the sun with borderline insomnia. The amount of money I’ve spent on UberEats past 3 am would make Mark Cuban shake in his boots. Those fond memories you have of waking up to Lowrider blasting on the TV, while George Lopez’s mammoth-sized head engulfs your screen telling you it’s time to move from the couch to bed. That was my alarm telling me it was time for my fourth meal (Yes, this is my 2nd Taco Bell plug of the article. I have no shame.).
Needless to say, I could not sleep…until now.
My Personal Experience with Full-Spectrum CBD
This past Friday, I ordered a 1000 mg bottle of Full-Spectrum CBD Oil from this company Zelle Hemp. I am so glad that I decided to test it out. A few drops of this oil and I was sleeping like never before. Sleeping like a baby is not even close to being the right metaphor. Not to mention, this bottle tasted delicious! It tasted like candy that resolved my life’s most consistent problem- lack of sound sleep.
For those who have wondered if CBD helps you sleep, yes it does. This wasn’t the miracle I was expecting when I asked the big man upstairs to save 2020 but I am not mad about it. If you’re looking for a sign on whether or not CBD is for right you, this is it. Go test it out and enjoy getting nothing but endless Z’s.
