Self-care has become increasingly important since COVID-19 impacted our lives. We’ve had to spend more time at home and without the company of others. But this isn’t all bad news! Here are some of our favorite ways to kick back and carve out some time for yourself.
Mindfulness & Meditation:
Mindfulness can be a great way to clear your head and recenter after a stressful day or week. This can include journaling, meditation, or reading a book. As we mentioned in our previous blog, meditation and CBD go hand in hand and can have a positive impact on your practice. As for reading a book, we recommend “The Four Agreements”. Another way to take care of yourself is by working out. If your job is very stationary and requires you to sit at a desk or in front of a computer for 8 hours a day getting up and moving around is the perfect way to loosen up, get your blood flowing, and unwind. Whether your workout consists of weights, yoga, running, or dancing – your muscles will thank you.

You can go to the actual spa or just set up your own at home! Getting a manicure, pedicure, or a professional massage will work wonders for your self-confidence.
